Visual Nature Studio 3 Feature of the Week

Years in the making, VNS 3 is the biggest 3D Nature upgrade ever.
With features that immediately benefit everyone from beginner to advanced users, VNS 3 is already producing great results in the projects of visualization experts around the world. Each week our Feature of the Week will focus on one of the new cutting-edge features VNS 3 offers. This week's feature is:
Double-Action Scenarios

VNS 2's revolutionary Scenarios were a huge step forward for managing projects with multiple design alternatives or present and future snapshots. But one aspect of Scenarios turned out to be awkwardly limiting -- they could only turn things on OR off. When exploring multiple alternatives it is often necessary to ensure some elements disappear while other new elements appear. In VNS 2 this was done by having TWO Scenario Components for each alternative -- one to turn things off and another to turn things on. Animated Scenarios were even trickier because you had to keep both Scenarios' animation in sync.
With VNS 3 this is no longer necessary. Any items controlled be the Scenario can be individually marked as "Selected Item is affected in the opposite way by this Scenario". This is an easy way to keep "on" and "off" state items together in one Scenario, and not have to synchronize animations between multiple components.

VNS 3's Scenarios are MUCH easier to use and will speed up your delivery of important complex projects, as well as reduce the potential for costly errors.
