Earth Day 2007 -- Free "Earth From Space" Images
In honor of Earth Day 2007, 3D Nature wants to help the world get a better look at itself by providing free usage of our widely-recognized “Ultimate Earth” photorealistic 3D rendered images of the Earth from space. Free usage is available for any events, activities or publications relating specifically to Earth Day 2007, in print, video or web mediums.
This series of images features beautiful satellite images of the Earth showing each of the major continents as it would appear when viewed floating in space above the planet. Available both with and without clouds at extremely high resolution, they are the perfect accompaniment for any Earth Day event. 3D Nature only requires a specific copyright and credit notice/link accompany each usage.

Details
Images are available in RGB form at 2048x2048 pixel resolution in PNG format. These are suitable for 300dpi printing at up to 6 inches square, or even larger at lower DPI. This web page shows the 512x512 pixel versions with a slight watermark. You can use these for mockups and composition checking. When you're ready to get the full final image, drop our licensing department a note and let us know who you are and where/how you plan on using the images, and we'll send you the unmarked final full-res URLs right away. How easy could it be?
These images are all freely available as Desktop Wallpapers for personal or business use (but not redistribution).If you want to use these images for commercial non-Earth-Day uses, we license them for that purpose too, starting at the extremely reasonable price of $250. Just contact our licensing department and we'll take care of you. These images already grace the pages of books, magazines and web sites around the world.
Requirements
Here's what you have to do to use our images:
Print media:- Caption under or adjacent to image must read Computer generated 3D Earth image by 3DNature.com.
- Send 3 copies of printed matter to 3D Nature (address here).
- Character Generator (CG) overlay of at least 16 scanlines high reading: Computer generated 3D Earth image by 3DNature.com should be visible at all times when the 3D Nature Earth image is displayed onscreen.
- If the video program includes a credit roll, the same message should be displayed in the credits in the same font size as other credits text.
- Video text overlay of at least 10% of video display height, reading: Computer generated 3D Earth image by 3DNature.com should be visible at all times when the 3D Nature Earth image is displayed onscreen.
- If the video program includes a credit roll, the same message should be displayed in the credits in the same font size as other credits text.
- Caption under or adjacent to image. Exact text and HTML link code will be supplied by 3D Nature after viewing your web site, but will be similar to:
